Orders or resolutions of the board of trustees of state institutions of higher learning authorizing the investment of funds or the sale and redemption of bonds and other obligations purchased therewith under the provisions of Sections 37-101-121 and 37-101-123, may be in general terms and may confer continuing authority upon the person or persons authorized to act.
