As used in Sections 37-101-1 through 37-101-331, the following words shall have the meanings ascribed herein unless the context clearly requires otherwise:(a) 'Institutions of higher learning' shall be deemed to refer to those institutions identified in Section 37-101-1, Mississippi Code of 1972, and to the Education and Research Center and the Gulf Coast Research Laboratory.(b) 'Office of General Services' shall mean the Governor's Office of General Services, acting through its Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management.Laws, 1988, ch. 510, § 1, eff. 5/12/1988.
