Section 37-101-151 - Continuation of trust funds

All trust funds which have heretofore been established for the use and benefit of any of the institutions named in Section 37-101-141 out of the proceeds of the sales or leases of any of the land specified in Sections 37-101-141, 37-101-143, as provided either in Chapter 45, Laws of Extraordinary Session of 1898, Chapter 46, Laws of Extraordinary Session of 1898, or Chapter 117, Laws of 1896, shall remain a fund for the use of the institution to which it is credited. The interest thereon shall be paid to such institution by the state in accordance with and as provided in Section 212 of the Constitution of the State of Mississippi.Codes, 1942, § 6726-06; Laws, 1946, ch. 323, § 6.
