Section 37-104-21 - Negotiability of bonds and coupons; tax exemption

All revenue bonds and interest coupons issued under the provisions of this chapter shall have and are hereby declared to have all the qualities and incidents of negotiable instruments under the Mississippi Uniform Commercial Code.
