There is hereby created the Mississippi Dual Enrollment/Dual Credit Scholarship Program, to be administered by the Mississippi Postsecondary Education Financial Assistance Board established under Section 37-106-9. The board shall set the dates and deadlines for applying for funding for dual enrollment/dual credit courses of eligible Mississippi high school students under the provisions of this chapter and award scholarships to participating institutions for those who meet the eligibility requirements provided herein.Added by Laws, 2023, ch. 532, SB 2487,§ 2, eff. 7/1/2023.
