Section 37-11-19 - Suspension or expulsion of student damaging school property; liability of parent or custodian

If any pupil shall wilfully destroy, cut, deface, damage, or injure any school building, equipment or other school property he shall be liable to suspension or expulsion and his parents or person or persons in loco parentis shall be liable for all damages.Codes, 1942, § 6216-04; Laws, 1953, Ex Sess, ch. 26, § 4, eff. 7/1/1954.
