In order to provide public schools with immediate access to inclement weather warnings, the State Board of Education shall require each public school district to provide for the purchase and installation, before July 1, 1997, of a weather radio for each school in the district.Laws, 1996, ch. 324, § 1, eff. 7/1/1996.
