Section 37-11-63 - Local school boards, school superintendents and school principals not permitted to prohibit teachers from discussing and answering questions about the origin of life

No local school board, school superintendent or school principal shall prohibit a public school classroom teacher from discussing and answering questions from individual students on the origin of life. Laws, 2006, ch. 554, § 3, eff. 4/20/2006.
