The board is directed to take any and all necessary and proper action for the implementation of this section and Section 37-113-51, including but not limited to the appointment of a dean who will study and recommend to the board an adequate staff and whose responsibility will be to work with the state building commission in planning the construction and equipping of said college.Laws, 1974, ch. 339, § 2, eff. 3/12/1974.
