The money received by this state, under Act of Congress, entitled 'An act to establish agricultural experimental stations, etc.,' approved March 2, 1887, and the provisions of which were accepted by this state, by act approved January 31, 1888, and assigned to the Mississippi State University of Agriculture and Applied Science, shall be expended under its direction.
