The state building commission is authorized and directed to provide suitable land presently state owned or received as a gift, and buildings to house the school of dentistry; and payment for the construction costs of such buildings shall be made from any money made available to carry out the provisions of Sections 37-115-101 through 37-115-111. Any funds appropriated or granted from any source shall be put into a fund in the office of the state treasurer to be designated as the 'School of Dentistry Fund.'Laws, 1973, ch. 388, § 6, eff. 3/28/1973.
