The basketball court within the Davey L. Whitney Complex located on the campus of Alcorn State University in Lorman, Mississippi, shall be named the Shirley A. Walker Basketball Court. The Department of Finance and Administration is authorized to prepare a distinctive plaque to be placed in a prominent place within the Davey L. Whitney Complex, which states the background, accomplishments and service to the university of Mrs.Walker.Added by Laws, 2014, ch. 484, § 2, eff. 7/1/2014.
