No provision of this section and Section 37-129-1 shall apply to or in any wise affect the school of nursing heretofore established in the University of Mississippi pursuant to Section 37-115-51, and no provision of this section and Section 37-129-1 shall apply to or affect the scholarship program for advanced study in nursing established under Sections 37-129-5 through 37-129-13.Codes, 1942, § 6726.9; Laws, 1954, ch. 280, §§ 1-4; Laws, 1960, ch. 312, eff. 7/1/1960.
