Subject to the availability of funds appropriated therefor, any school district or community/junior college district may apply for funding through the Division of Vocational and Technical Education of the State Department of Education to acquire and operate a home economics training program to provide instruction in quality child care and educational programs to the local community.Laws, 1994, ch. 553, § 3; reenacted, Laws, 1996, ch. 448, § 3; reenacted without change, Laws, 1999, ch. 414, § 3, eff. 7/1/1999.
