The commission may deny to issue or renew any certificate required by Sections 37-138-11 through 37-138-21 if (a) there has been a failure to comply with the application procedures established by this chapter and by regulations promulgated by the commission, or (b) if the applicant fails to satisfy the application criteria established by this chapter and by regulations promulgated by the commission, or (c) if the applicant fails to pay the applicable annual certificate fee.Laws, 1989, ch. 505, § 12, eff. 4/4/1989.
