Section 37-139-13 - Authorization and procedures for expenditures

All expenditures shall be authorized by the board. Such expenditures shall be paid therefrom by the State Treasurer on warrants issued by the State Fiscal Management Board. Said State Fiscal Management Board shall issue its warrant upon requisition signed by the proper person, officer or officers in the manner provided by law.Laws, 1987, ch. 448, § 7; Laws, 1989, ch. 585, § 3, effective 4/25/1989 (became law without the Governor's signature).
