(1) Applications for financial assistance shall be made to the University Research Center.(2) Applicants may request up to seventy-five percent (75%) of the total projects cost. The applicant shall provide at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the total cost, twelve and one-half percent (12-1/2%) of which may be in in-kind funding. Laws, 1999, ch. 379, § 2, eff. 7/1/1999.
