Section 37-145-15 - Eligibility for loans

To be eligible to receive a loan under this chapter, the applicant must have been a bona fide resident of the State of Mississippi for three (3) consecutive years immediately preceding the date of the loan application and must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment by a public or private junior college, community college or institution of higher learning accredited by an appropriate accrediting body acceptable to the board of trustees.Laws, 1992, ch. 475, § 8, eff. 5/6/1992.
