The State Bond Commission shall have the power and is hereby authorized, at one (1) time or from time to time, to issue negotiable general obligation bonds of the State of Mississippi to initially fund the Mississippi Opportunity Loan Fund. The total amount of bonds which may be issued pursuant to Sections 37-145-23 through 37-145-43 shall not exceed Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00).Laws, 1992, ch. 475, § 12, eff. 5/6/1992.
