Section 37-145-5 - Mississippi Opportunity Loan Program

There is hereby created the Mississippi Opportunity Loan Program to assist students in meeting the rising costs of higher education and to increase the educational opportunities of such students by providing low interest rate student loans to assist Mississippi students in furthering their higher education goals.Laws, 1992, ch. 475, § 3, eff. 5/6/1992.
