Effective March 26, 2014, the withdrawal of a school district's accreditation by the Commission on School Accreditation in a school district with an 'A' or 'B' accountability rating, for any reason other than failure to meet student academic standards or for failure to comply with financial accountability requirements, shall not result in any limitation of the schools in the district to participate in any extracurricular or athletic activity in the regular or postseason. The Commission on School Accreditation shall amend its rules and regulations to conform to the provisions of this section. Added by Laws, 2014, ch. 442, § 8, eff. 3/26/2014.
