The provisions of this chapter which include components necessary to provide for teacher training, instructional materials, remedial education training and administration of an intensive literacy curriculum shall be subject to legislative appropriation.Added by Laws, 2013, ch. 495, SB 2347, 11, eff. 4/17/2013.
