There is created a special fund in the State Treasury, to be known as the 'Postsecondary Education COVID-19 Mitigation Relief Grant Fund,' from which the grants authorized by this chapter shall be disbursed by the department. All monies shall be disbursed from the fund in compliance with the guidelines, guidance, rules, regulations and/or other criteria, as may be amended from time to time, of the United States Department of the Treasury regarding the use of monies from the Coronavirus Relief Fund established by the CARES Act.Amended by Laws, 2020, ch. 502, HB 1811,§ 4, (became law without the Governor' signature on October 9, 2020).Added by Laws, 2020, ch. 489, HB 1793,§ 5, (became law without the Governor's signature on July 9, 2020).
