Section 37-23-111 - Location

Any center created under the provisions of Sections 37-23-91 through 37-23-111 may be constructed at any location within the county either in or outside of a municipality.Codes, 1942, § 6631-41; Laws, 1968, ch. 423, § 11, eff. 6/21/1968.
