The county board of education may acquire necessary lands, equipment and furnishings by purchase, barter, gift or otherwise and may participate in federal or private grants for the construction, development or operation of such a center.Codes, 1942, § 6631-34; Laws, 1968, ch. 423, § 4, eff. 6/21/1968.
