Section 37-23-99 - Procedure for establishment

The county board of education shall initiate the establishment of such a center by adoption of a resolution stating its intention and shall transmit to the board of supervisors of its county a properly certified copy of such resolution stating its intention to establish a child development center, including estimated costs of land purchase, construction and operational costs per year and the proposed sources of the necessary revenues.
