The county board of education in each county in the state is hereby authorized and empowered to establish not more than two agricultural high schools in the county, and determine their location, in which instruction shall be given in high school branches, theoretical and practical agriculture, domestic science, and in such other branches as the board may hereinafter provide for and make a part of the curriculum, subject to review and correction by the state board of education. If only one school be established at first, the county board of education shall have power at any subsequent time to establish an additional school whenever the necessity for the same shall arise.Codes, 1930, § 6674; 1942, § 6454; Laws, 1924, ch. 283; Laws, 1930, ch. 278.
