Section 37-27-43 - Trustees may sell property not needed for school purposes

When any agricultural high school shall own any land, buildings or other property that is not used for school or related school purposes and not needed in the operation of the school, the board of trustees of such agricultural high school may sell and convey such land, buildings or other property in the manner provided in Sections 37-27-45 through 37-27-49.Codes, 1942, § 6328-41; Laws, 1953, Ex Sess, ch. 28, § 1; Laws, 1960, ch. 305.
