When the board of trustees of any such agricultural high school shall desire to sell any such property as is provided for in Section 37-27-43, it shall pass a resolution declaring that such property is not needed nor used for school purposes and shall direct, in such resolution, that same be advertised for sale upon competitive bids in the manner provided for in Section 37-27-47.Codes, 1942, § 6328-42; Laws, 1953, Ex Sess, ch. 28, § 2, eff. 7/1/1954.
