All funds placed to the credit of the county common school fund, under the provisions of Sections 37-27-83, 37-27-87, shall be distributed in the same manner as is provided for the distribution of the county common school funds, and shall be used for the support and maintenance of the public schools of the county.Codes, 1930, § 6691; 1942, § 6472; Laws, 1924, ch. 292; Laws, 1930, ch. 278.
