Section 37-28-53 - Charter schools required to certify enrollment, average daily attendance and certain additional information on annual basis

(1) Each charter school shall certify annually to the State Department of Education its student enrollment, net enrollment and student participation in federal programs .(2) Each charter school shall certify annually to the school board of the school district in which the charter school is located the number of enrolled charter school students residing in the school district.Amended by Laws, 2024, ch. 484, HB 4130,§ 68, eff. 7/1/2024.Added by Laws, 2013, ch. 497, HB 369, 27, eff. 7/1/2013.
