The Board of Trustees of the Coahoma Community College District shall have the general borrowing and bonding authority provided in Sections 37-29-101 through 37-29-127. The board of trustees shall have the taxation authority provided in Sections 37-29-141 through 37-29-145.Laws, 1995, ch. 605, § 9, eff. 7/1/1995.
