All of the property owned by the Meridian Municipal Separate School District utilized by Meridian Junior College as of September 1, 1979, shall be and the same is hereby transferred to and vested in the board of trustees of the Meridian Junior College District and their successors in office.Laws, 1980, ch. 428, § 2, eff. 4/30/1980.
