The board of supervisors of any county which levies a tax for the support of a junior college district may, in its discretion, permit county road department employees or road district employees, if any, to operate county-owned equipment and machinery to assist in the maintenance of the public property on such junior college campus.The board of trustees of the junior college district affected and the board of supervisors may agree as to the terms and conditions under which such public property may be worked and supplies or materials may be furnished.Codes, 1942, § 6475-71; Laws, 1968, ch. 389, § 1; Laws, 1983, ch. 308; Laws, 1985, ch. 311; Laws, 1988 Ex Sess, ch. 14, § 32, eff. 10/1/1989.
