The Mississippi Gulf Coast Junior College District is hereby authorized and empowered to operate junior college attendance centers at Perkinston, Mississippi, in the vicinity of Gulfport and Biloxi and in the vicinity of Pascagoula and Moss Point and at such other places within the district, subject to the approval of the Mississippi Community College Board, as the board of trustees shall determine to be in the best interest of the district.Laws, 1962, ch. 381, § 7; Laws, 1986, ch. 434, § 10, eff. 7/1/1986 (became law on 4/4/1986, without Governor's signature).Amended by Laws, 2014, ch. 397, HB 460, 25, eff. 7/1/2014.
