The Mississippi Gulf Coast Junior College District, in the discretion of the board of trustees, may charge fees and tuitions in accordance with Section 37-103-25.Laws, 1962, ch. 381, § 11; Laws, 2003, ch. 364, § 3, eff. 7/1/2003.
