It shall be unlawful for any pupil attending the public junior colleges of this state to become a member of or to belong to or participate in the activities of any junior college fraternity, sorority, or secret society as defined in Section 37-29-235.Codes, 1942, § 6486-01; Laws, 1946, ch. 427, §§ 1-7; Laws, 1962, ch. 358.
