The office of the State Department of Education shall be in the City of Jackson, Mississippi. The state capitol commission shall provide suitable quarters therefor.The state superintendent of public education shall provide and keep a seal having around the margin thereof the words 'State Department of Education' with the coat of arms of the state in the center.
