Wherever used in this chapter, or in any other statute, rule or regulation affecting the Vocational Education Division of the State Department of Education and any of its functions or duties:(a) The word 'board' shall mean and refer to the State Board of Education.(b) The word 'division' shall mean and refer to the Mississippi Division of Vocational and Technical Education of the State Department of Education.Laws, 1982, ch. 493, § 1; Laws, 1992, ch. 482, § 10, eff. 7/1/1992.
