Section 37-31-77 - Funds not to be charged against homestead exemption reimbursements

It is expressly provided that any payment from the funds of one (1) governmental authority into the funds of any other governmental authority made in compliance with provisions of Sections 37-31-71 through 37-31-79, shall not be charged against homestead exemption reimbursements under the provisions of Section 27-33-41, Mississippi Code of 1972, or any other similar statute.Codes, 1942, § 6502-03; Laws, 1972, ch. 337, § 3, eff. 4/13/1972.
