Section 37-31-31 - Declaration of intent

The intention of Sections 37-31-31 through 37-31-41 is to enable the State of Mississippi, by and through the state board of education to secure the benefits of the federal social security act pertaining to services for crippled children, and said sections shall be liberally construed in order to effectuate such intention.Codes, 1942, § 6502; Laws, 1936, ch. 290.
