The state board of education shall make such reports, in such form and containing such information, as the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare may from time to time require under the terms of the federal social security act, and shall comply with such provisions as the secretary may from time to time find necessary to assure the correctness and verification of such reports.Codes, 1942, § 6499; Laws, 1936, ch. 290.
