Funds for the purpose of providing grants to assist in the establishing and operating of community rehabilitation programs for severely disabled individuals may be received by the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, State Department of Rehabilitation Services from appropriations by the Legislature, from grants from other state agencies, departments, divisions, commissions and boards having funds available for this purpose, and from the federal government. The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, State Department of Rehabilitation Services, shall promulgate and publish rules and regulations that shall govern the distribution of those grants and the matching basis incumbent thereto.Laws, 1975, ch. 509, § 3; Laws, 1983, ch. 521, § 16, eff. 7/1/1983; Laws, 2002, ch. 463, § 34, eff. 7/1/2002.
