Section 37-33-133 - Disposition of funds obtained from manufacture of goods; disposition of nonappropriated funds generated by community rehabilitation program facilities

Any funds obtained by the State Department of Rehabilitation Services as a result of the manufacture of goods shall be used and accounted for separately from any funds received by the department through appropriations from the Legislature. All nonappropriated funds generated by community rehabilitation program facilities shall not be subject to appropriation by the Legislature, but must be used in accordance with the federal regulations set forth by The Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.Laws, 1991, ch. 608, § 16, eff. 7/1/1991(became law without the Governor's signature); Laws, 2002, ch. 463, § 38, eff. 7/1/2002.
