Section 37-33-81 - Contracts for implementation and maintenance of programs of services for hearing-impaired students; appropriations

(1) The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation of the State Department of Rehabilitation Services may enter into contracts with appropriate post-secondary educational institutions in the state for the purpose of implementing and maintaining programs of services for hearing-impaired students.(2) Those programs shall be funded from funds appropriated to the office by the Legislature or from any other resource identified and accessed by the office.
