Section 37-45-19 - Promulgation of rules and regulations

The commission shall promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations as shall be necessary and proper to carry out the provisions of this chapter and of such other laws, the administration of which shall be vested in the commission; however, no such rule or regulation shall be in conflict with any applicable law. It shall be the duty of the commission to furnish the board of trustees or other governing body of all school districts and the attorney general certified copies of all rules and regulations prescribed by the commission, which distribution shall be made not less than thirty days prior to the effective date of all such rules or regulations.Codes, 1942, § 6246-09; Laws, 1953, Ex Sess, ch. 11, § 9.
