Section 37-45-39 - Preservation of reporter's notes and transcription thereof

The reporter shall act in the same capacity as an official court reporter of the chancery courts of this state. His shorthand notes and the transcription thereof shall be preserved in the same manner and accorded the same verity as those of chancery court reporters.Codes, 1942, § 6246-31; Laws, 1955, Ex Sess, ch. 58, § 11.
