Section 37-45-43 - Fees of reporter

The fees of the reporter, per diem, and for the transcription of any evidence taken by him upon any hearing before the commission, shall not be in excess of the customary per diem, transcription and filing fees made by the chancery court reporters of this state.Codes, 1942, § 6246-32; Laws, 1955, Ex Sess, ch. 58, § 12.
