Section 37-45-59 - Record on appeal to be bound, indexed and compiled

The record on appeal from the commission to the chancery court shall be bound, indexed and compiled in the same manner and form as the same record of appeal from a chancery court to the supreme court of this state.Codes, 1942, § 6246-37; Laws, 1955, Ex Sess, ch. 58, § 17.
