The state bond commission now consisting of the governor, attorney general and treasurer of the State of Mississippi, each acting ex officio, is hereby continued in existence for the purpose of this chapter and with full power and authority to issue state school bonds to the extent, for the purposes, and in the manner and subject to the limitations set forth in this chapter.Codes, 1942, § 6247-09; Laws, 1953, Ex Sess, ch. 13, § 9; Laws, 1955, Ex Sess, ch. 57.
